Nailea Fields, a junior at Caruthers High, won the girls discus throw title with a fourth-round mark of 157-1 (47.87m) at the CIF State Championships at Buchanan High's Veterans Memorial Stadium in Clovis, Calif. Fields also finished eighth in the shot put at 39-9.50 (12.12m).
